I was really lucky to always have good weather and a smooth sea in all of our Christmas Party onboard. Even the past 2 weeks before the party was just perfect weather which allows me to make advanced preparation in baking.
Our Christmas provisions were just in time and been very blessed with helpful colleagues which made my job more easier.

Stoc Marcia Christmas Party 2019

For our Christmas cake, the original plan was to make a Black Forest cake but for some reason, the maraschino cherries didn’t come with our Christmas provision. It took me some time to think of a new idea with what I have onboard. And voila, we got a nice chocolate cake with Toblerone, Cadbury and M&M’s chocolates.
For the Lechon, I use only half and reserved the other half for the New Years’ Eve Party.
