Crispy Fried Herring Fish (Tamban)

Hello there, Everybody!!!

It has been a while since our vessel, M.T. Mergus, have been to Baltic sea. Today, we are back in our home port, Nynashamn, Sweden.
We’ve been lucky to catch more than 12 kilos of Baltic Herring.
I’m also fortunate to have some crew who really loves to catch fish and even teach me how to clean it easily.
There are many ways to cook this fish but today we will fry it until it becomes crispy so you can eat even the bones.
This thing is so good that it just ruined my diet!
