Sinigang na Hipon at Tahong

Hello Everyone!!!

Today we’ll make something new from the sea. I was talking to my crew and asking suggestions, one of them suggested adding green shell mussels “Tahong” into “Sinigang na Hipon. I have never thought of that crazy idea, but I also don’t see anything bad about it.

I said, okay, I need to try it! And I’m glad I did.

Prawns and mussels are such a good combination for a hot sinigang soup.
