Today you’ll gonna enjoy a smooth and velvety Panna Cotta with a Strawberry Coulis that we make last week.
It is just the beginning of our journey with Strawberry Coulis and it ain’t gonna end coz Strawberry fields are forever.
This dessert is a nice way to end up your dinner. My crew from Stoc Marcia was very happy to have it and they can’t wait until when I’m gonna serve it again. One thing is for sure, it will not be that long coz I myself love this dessert so much and its very easy to make it.
Panna cotta (Italian for “cooked cream”) is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded.
Now on with the cooking…

To avoid bubbles on the surface of your Panna Cotta, use a fine sieve/strainer while pouring it in the ramekins.
Let it cool down at room temperature then transfer inside the fridge for 2-3 hours or until it set.
Once the Panna Cotta is set, top it with 2 slice of peach/ripe mangoes,
a quarter of strawberry and 2 tsp. of Strawberry Coulis for each ramekins.
