How to Whip Whipping Cream

I use to make complicated  icing/frosting to top my cupcakes and cover my decorative holiday and birthday cakes that I create onboard. Then I met a Swedish Chiefcook who taught me how to whip whipping cream. Voila! A quick and easy cake frosting was born!

Note; I know that It is quite hard to find Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream in the Philippines. This type of whipping cream is normally located in the chilled section of a supermarket. If you are confused with Whipping Cream and All Purpose Cream, unfortunately I am not the right guy who can explain it to you properly. But I know a guy who can give you all the answers to your questions. He’s name is Google! =)
