Pinoy Tasty Pizza

Who says you can’t  enjoy those leftover loaf bread that is seating for quite sometime in your bread basket? With a little bit of creativity and a lot of imagination, you’ll have a ton of ideas to recuperate those breads.

By the way, sliced loaf bread is called “Tasty” bread around the archiphelago of the Philippines.

And today we’ll make a pizza out of it!

Now on with the cooking…

Pinoy Tasty Pizza

Prep. time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Oven temp.: 200’C

Difficulty: Very Easy

Makes; 12 slices of Tasty Pizza

Good for 12 crew

You will need;

12 slices of white/brown loaf bread

Pizza Sauce, {I use my Quick Pizza Sauce}

Cheese of your choice

Smoke Ham

Pineapple tidbits

Direction;

Preheat oven to 200’C. Place Tasty bread on a large tray. Brush with pizza sauce.

Cover with sliced cheese. Top with smoked ham and pineapple tidbits.

Baked for 10 to 15 minutes of until cheese have melted and tasy bread is golden brown on its edges.

Serve as a snack on coffee breaks Onboard. Enjoy! =)
Here’s how I do it;

Enjoy it while you are viewing the Solar Eclipse!

Try to check it out, especially if you are somewhere on the north of Europe.

It is best seen in Iceland and Norway.

I hope to have a good view out here from Hamina, Finland. 

Watch out around 9 to 11 am GMT. 

The last time we had it is from 1662. So, this might be once in a lifetime.
