Quick Pizza Sauce

I must confess, this is a product of bad weather onboard!

One day on a very rough sea, I plan to serve Pizza for my crew. Pizza base is ready, toppings are at set when suddenly my Pizza sauce fly away in the air due to heavy rolling of the ship. I know it will take atleast 30 minutes to make another Homemade Pizza sauce. I need to invent something instantly!

I check my fridge, I got some apricot jam then I grab a full bottle of tomato catsup.

And Voila! The “Quick Pizza Sauce was born!

So, bad weather wasn’t that bad at all…

  1. Woooow!! I was just looking for super fast pizza sauce and here you are. I just made my first pizza using Heinz ketchup as my sauce and it was delicious. How much more with apricot jam? I should really try this very soon. 😀

  2. What a novel idea! I used apricot jam and rushian bottled dressing as a great sauce for chicken. But Apricot jam for pizza sauce? I might have to try this next time I pick up a jar.
