Roast Beef Ribs

How about something LONG and HARD for your Valentine!

Roast Beef Ribs is the perfect dish for your Lover! It needs a LONG time to cook but HARD to resist when its ready!

Roasting Beef Ribs can be intimidating at first glance.

You might as well scrap the idea of trying this recipe by looking at the 3 hours cooking time but

wait, how about if I tell you that less than 15 minutes of your attention is needed to do this meal.

Giving you 3 straight hours of free time to do all the necessary preparation for the BIG Night on Valentines Day!

This will be a perfect meal to impress your lover on your Valentine Dinner!

Definitely both of you will need to burn all those yummy calories from the mouth watering layers of fats and tender juicy meat of your Roasted Beef Ribs.

Now on with the cooking…

Roast Beef Ribs

Prep. time: 5 minutes

Roasting time: 3 hours

Oven temperature: 160’C

Difficulty: Very Easy

Good for 12 crew

You will need;

2 1/2 kgs. beef ribs, whole piece. {If using frozen beef ribs, thaw it overnight at 4’C.}

salt and freshly ground black pepper { I use about a tablespoon of salt and 1/2 a teaspoon of pepper.}

Direction;

Pre-heat oven to 160’C. Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil and baking paper, set aside.

Rub salt and freshly ground black pepper on all sides of beef ribs. Transfer to preferred roasting pan.

Roast for 3 hours or until ready and internal temperature is above 75’C. Let it rest for few minutes before serving.

Serve with Mirepoix, pickled beetroots and pan fried potatoes.

Here’s how I do it;
