Pumpkin is the World’s Vegetable for Halloween.
It is healthy and very good for your eyes.
Saute it into a butter, add a bit of your favourite herbs and you got yourself a creamy irresistable pumpkin.
I recently met Slawek, a very cool and talented Artist in an Ink & Piercing Studio in Gdansk, Poland.
Alot of good fine arts and a bunch of cool people inside the studio and a couple of vegans.
Slawek and Kate, the studio owners ask me if I can make them a Vegetarian dish? I say, “No problem.”
So I named it after a Great Artist Slawek…
Now on with the cooking…
