Garlic Soya Dip

Garlic Soya Dip is one of the most famous dip in the Philippines.

It is always in the center of any food gatherings. We Filipinos like to dip Grilled Fish, Pork Belly and even Roast Eggplant and fresh green mangoes. Oh I suddenly miss my Homeland. It’s really more fun in the Phillipines… πŸ™‚

And its October already!!!

“HAPPY BEER MONTHS EVERYBODY!!!”

But unfortunately our ship is running on “ZERO ALCOHOL POLICY” 😦
Anyway I only have 6weeks to serve my time onboard and finally a freeman again…
I will be drinking some ice cold San Miguel Beers with my wife and wear a big grin on my face. πŸ˜€
