Coconut Macaroons

Macaroons around the world differs by ingredients and taste. This recipe I got from one of my “COOKING HEROES”,  my Mommy Bing. We are proud to say that this is our PHILIPPINE MACAROONS!!!

And just for the record… Today is friday! Actually its “Friday The 13th”!!!

My eldest daugther Jenin told her mom that friday the 13th is bad luck for her. My wife ask her why? Jenin told her that she loses some POGS to her classmate. Aha!!! So thats what my kids is doing at school… Gambling instead of studying!

But on the otherhand,  back in our days, we use to bet real money. Nice to know that my kids are not as bad as their dad. 😉 Wish they dont follow my footstep, I was kick-out when I was on 8th grade. 😦

Okay, so much about me…
